Asking across all companies at once

Don't name a company, and get all of them

If your organisation has more than one company connected, ask a question without naming one — "how much did we sell this month?" or "which clients have an overdue balance?" — and emily comes back with a breakdown for every company you're connected to. On a direct ERP connection, the same applies to stock and purchasing questions too, like "what's below minimum stock?"

The companies and figures above are placeholders — your answer will show your own companies and numbers.

Then narrow to one

Follow up by naming the company you care about — "and in [Company A], who are our top 5 clients?" — and she drills into just that one, inside the same conversation, so you don't have to repeat the question from scratch.
