Meeting prep

Ask emily what's coming up and what she can tell you about the people and business involved, before you walk in.

Ask what's next

Ask emily what meetings you've got coming up — today, this week, or just the next one — and she'll tell you, from whichever calendar you've connected. See booking, moving and cancelling meetings for the calendar side of this.

What she can pull together beforehand

Ask her ahead of a meeting: "what do I need to know before I meet with [Client]?" and she can bring together what's relevant to that meeting — sales, invoices and balances from your ERP, alongside anything logged against that company or contact.

  • "What does [Client] owe us right now?"
  • "What have we sold [Client] this quarter?"
  • "Anything I should know before meeting [Client]?"

For example, ask "anything I should know before meeting [Client]?" and she comes back with their current balance, what they've bought recently, and whether anything's overdue — one answer covering the questions you'd otherwise have asked one at a time.

For the ERP side of this on its own, see sales and invoicing and customer balances and overdue debts.

You ask; she doesn't push prep on her own — yet

Everything above is something you ask for. emily bringing meeting prep to you unprompted, before you think to ask, is on the roadmap and not available today — see follow-ups.
