Connect by just asking

Ask emily to connect an integration and a connection card appears right in the conversation.

"Connect our ERP"

You don't have to leave the conversation to set up a connection. An admin can just say "connect our ERP" — by voice, WhatsApp, or in web chat — and emily brings up a connection card right there.

What the card does

The card lets you:

  1. Fill in the details the connection needs.
  2. Test it — a Test connection button checks it actually works before you rely on it.
  3. Save it — once the test passes, the connection is live for your org.

Nothing about this requires Settings, a different tab, or a separate setup flow. You stay in the conversation from asking to a working connection.

Works for calendars too

The same pattern applies beyond the ERP. Say "connect my Outlook calendar" and a connection card appears for that — one step to authorise it, and you're set up.

If you'd rather use Settings

Everything a connection card does is also available from Settings → Integrations (for the ERP) or Settings → Connected Accounts (for calendar and mailbox) — asking emily is a shortcut, not a replacement.

Once a connection is live, see what to actually ask her: your first question.
