What emily is
emily is the assistant your sales team talks to, and she answers with your own ERP figures.
Ask her the way you'd ask a colleague
"How much did we sell this month?" "Which of our clients still owe us money?" Your team asks emily questions like these out loud or in a message, the same way they'd ask a colleague who has the ERP open — except emily always has it open, and she answers straight away.
She's connected to your own ERP, and every figure she gives back — sales, invoices, client balances — comes from your real data, not from a guess. With a direct ERP connection she can also answer live stock and purchasing questions, like "what's below minimum stock right now?" — see connect your ERP for what each connection option covers.
Four channels, one assistant
Your team can reach emily wherever they already are:
| Channel | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Voice calls and text messages — including voice notes and photos. This is where most people actually talk to her, often hands-free while driving. | |
| Phone calls | A normal call to her number. Same assistant, same answers. |
| Web chat | Type to her in the Canvas, your browser workspace, where answers arrive as cards you can move around. |
| Browser voice | Talk to her out loud from the browser instead of typing. |
It's the same emily everywhere — same data, same memory, same rules, whichever channel your team happens to be using at the time.
She checks before doing anything hard to undo
Sending an email to someone else, cancelling a meeting, deleting a record — anything that's awkward to reverse gets a summary and a question first. Routine, reversible things (looking something up, drafting a note) she just does, and tells you afterwards.
If what she's about to send would reach someone other than you, emily shows you the summary first and waits for a yes.
She says when she doesn't know
If the data isn't there, or a question falls outside what she can check, she tells you plainly instead of guessing. A made-up answer is worse than an honest "I don't have that" — so that's the rule she works under, not just a promise.
Where to go next
Start with setting up your team, or jump straight to connecting your ERP if that's what you're here for.
