Follow-ups
Follow-ups — noticing repeated requests, calendar prep and ERP trends — is in development and not available yet.
Not available yet
Follow-ups is in development, not something emily does today. Right now, the only things she surfaces on her own are the two proactive checks covered in what emily watches — low stock and overdue debt. Nothing about repeated requests, calendar prep or ERP trends is built yet.
The direction it's headed
Said as direction, not as a date you can hold us to. Once it lands, the plan is for emily to notice three kinds of things worth bringing back to you as you talk to her — in chat, WhatsApp or by voice:
- A request you've made more than once. If the same thing keeps coming up, the idea is for her to surface it rather than treat each ask as unrelated.
- Calendar follow-ups and prep. A meeting that could use a follow-up afterwards, or some prep beforehand.
- Trends in overdue invoices. Movement in your ERP's overdue invoices worth calling out on its own, separately from the overdue debt alert.
The intent is for each one to come with something to do — an action already attached, such as creating a report or drafting an email — rather than just a notice, and for a high-priority one to be pushed to you on WhatsApp instead of waiting for you to find it. None of that exists today.
