Access by company and topic
Choose which companies and which topics each person can ask emily about.
"Give João sales access to Alta P, nothing else"
If your org covers several companies, or you'd rather a rep not see finance figures, you don't have to give everyone the same view. An admin sets, per person, which companies they can ask about and which topics within them — Sales, Stock, and Finance.
A rep can be scoped to one company and one topic, all companies and every topic, or anything in between. Admins set this from Settings; it applies across every channel the same way, whether the question arrives by voice, WhatsApp, or web chat.
What happens outside someone's scope
If a rep is scoped to Sales and asks emily about margins, or about a company they haven't been given access to, she doesn't guess and she doesn't give a partial answer. She tells them plainly that they don't have access to that, and to ask an admin if they need it.
A rep limited to Sales who asks about margins gets an honest "you don't have access to that" — never a number that happens to be close.
This is the same rule that keeps a made-up figure off the table: emily would rather say no than guess, whether the gap is missing data or missing permission.
