Set it once, it arrives on its own

Any of the three reports — sales, stock (direct ERP connection only) or overdue debts — can be set up as a recurring schedule instead of something you ask for each time. Choose the report and how often you want it, and it's generated and delivered on that schedule without you having to remember to ask. See sending a report by email or WhatsApp for where it goes by default.

Don't want to wait for the next scheduled run? Run now generates the report immediately.

Where to find it

In the Reports section of the app, switch to the Scheduled tab to create or manage a recurring schedule, separate from your one-off reports. See reports overview for the three report types this applies to.
