Set it once, it arrives on its own

Any of the three reports — sales, stock or overdue debts, all on the direct ERP connection — can be set up by a manager or admin as a recurring schedule instead of something you ask for each time. Choose the report and the day and time each week, and it's generated on that schedule without you having to remember to ask. It shows up in emily, and if you turn on email for Reports in your notification settings, you also get an email when each one is ready. It doesn't go to WhatsApp: for that, ask emily to set it up as an automation instead.

Where to find it

In the Reports section of the app, switch to the Scheduled tab to create or manage a recurring schedule, separate from your one-off reports. See reports overview for the three report types this applies to.
