Companies
Ask emily to look up, create or update a company — its domain, industry, country, employee count, revenue, tags and description, plus any fields your organisation has added — on web chat, browser voice or WhatsApp.
Look one up
Ask for a company by name — "o que temos sobre a Acme?" or "what's on file for Acme?" — and emily pulls up what's already there: its contacts, its deals, its notes, and any open tasks tied to it.
What a company record holds
Alongside its name, a company carries a Domain, an Industry and a Country, an Employees count and a Revenue figure, any Tags you've put on it, and a free-form Description — a multi-line block of text, labelled Notes in the create dialog and Description on the company's own page, and separate from the company's notes (see notes for that dated timeline). None of these are required up front — give emily what you know, and fill in the rest later the same way.
That list isn't closed. An admin can define extra fields for companies, and each one then appears on every company alongside the rest — see pipeline stages for the Settings section they're set up in.
Create one
Tell her about a new company the way you'd mention it in conversation — "cria uma empresa nova para a Acme" — and she creates the record, ready for contacts, deals, notes and tasks as you go. If a company under that name is already on file, she won't create a second one: she tells you it exists and hands you that record instead.
Update one
Give her a change in plain language — a new detail, a correction, a country or industry you didn't have before — and she updates the company record directly, the same way she'd log a note against it.
The logo
Once a company has a domain on file, its logo appears next to the company's name, in the list and on the company's own page. You can set or replace it yourself from an Upload logo (or Change logo) control there, and a logo you've set that way stays put rather than being overwritten by one picked up automatically.
Filtering the list
The Companies screen can be narrowed down to one industry or one country at a time, on top of searching by name and sorting the table by column — every column sorts except Tags.
Linked to contacts and deals
A company is the anchor: its contacts and its deals both point back to it, and its own page lists both — see contacts and deals.
Where it works
CRM works on web chat, browser voice and WhatsApp. Not on a phone call.
