Just ask, like you would a colleague

Ask emily a question about anything that might be in the Knowledge Bank — a policy, a price list, notes from an old call — the same way you'd ask a colleague who'd read it. She searches the bank and answers from what's there.

No separate step — except on a phone call

This isn't a separate search screen you have to open first. Ask in the same conversation you're already having with emily — web chat, browser voice or WhatsApp — and she searches the Knowledge Bank as part of answering you. A phone call doesn't include this: it stays focused on ERP questions, so there's no Knowledge Bank search on that channel.
