Your first question

Start with "How much did we sell this month?"

Ask it out loud, in WhatsApp, or in web chat — without naming a company. If you have more than one company connected, emily queries all of them at once and comes back with a breakdown for each, plus a total, something like:

The actual numbers are yours — this is the shape of the answer, not a real result.

Then narrow to one company

Follow up with something like "and in [Company A], who are our top 5 clients?" and she drills into just that company, using the same connection, without you having to repeat context she already has from the first question.

You can narrow by client, product, or time period the same way — each follow-up question stays inside the conversation, so you don't have to restate what you already asked.

If she doesn't have an answer

If a question falls outside what she's connected to, or outside what you're scoped to see, she'll tell you plainly rather than filling in a number. That's expected behaviour, not a bug — see access by company and topic if the answer is about permissions, or connect your ERP if it's about what's connected.

A few more to try

• "What's below minimum stock right now?" (needs the direct ERP connection)
• "Which clients have overdue balances?"
• "What have I got on my calendar today?"

Each of these follows the same pattern: ask plainly, get a real answer back, and narrow however you like.
