Browser voice
Press to talk to emily out loud from inside the web app — ERP questions, CRM and Knowledge Bank search all work, and she can move you to another part of the app.
Press to talk, instead of typing
From the web app, you can talk to emily out loud instead of typing — press the voice control, speak your question, and she answers back in voice, the same way she would on a call.
What works the same as typing
Ask her a business question, have her read or log something in the CRM, or search the Knowledge Bank, and it works the same as it would in web chat or on WhatsApp. She can't read a photo here — there's no image to send over a voice-only session.
Moving you around the app
Ask her to take you somewhere — your dashboard, your reports, the Knowledge Bank — and she brings that part of the app up for you, the same as web chat. Opening a named company, contact or deal on screen is web chat only; here she tells you what she found instead — see opening a record.
If she can't do something
If you ask her to do something browser voice can't handle, she tells you plainly rather than failing silently or pretending to do it, and she files the gap with the emily team automatically so it gets looked at. She never fakes a success.
