Send a photo, and she reads it

A photo of an order sheet, a business card, or anything similar works the same as telling her about it: send it in web chat or forward it on WhatsApp, and emily reads what's on it and offers to log the details — a new contact from a business card, an order noted against a deal, whatever fits what's in the picture.

What that looks like

Forward a photo of an order sheet, and emily reads back what she found before logging anything — something like "percebi uma encomenda com estes artigos e quantidades, para a Acme. Registo isto como nota no negócio?" Reply "sim" (or "yes") and it lands as a note; tell her what's wrong first, and she logs the corrected version instead of what she misread.

A business card works the same way: she reads back the name, company and role she found, and asks whether to create a new contact from it or add the details to a company already on file — "quer que crie um contacto novo para o João, na Acme?" — before either one happens.

Web chat and WhatsApp only

This depends on sending an actual image, so it's limited to the two channels where that's possible: web chat and WhatsApp. Phone calls and browser voice are spoken only, so there's no photo to send on either of them.
