WhatsApp voice calls
Call emily on WhatsApp and talk to her the way you'd talk to a colleague, hands-free.
Call her like you'd call a colleague
Open WhatsApp and start a voice call with emily, the same way you'd call anyone else in your contacts. There's no separate app to open — if WhatsApp is already how your team talks to each other, it's already how they can talk to her.
Built for hands-free, in the car
This is the channel most sales teams end up using the most, and usually for one reason: you can call emily hands-free while driving between visits and get a straight answer back, without pulling over or typing anything. A typical call on the road looks like this:
- Ask for the numbers. "How much did we sell this month?" or "which clients still owe us money?" — she answers with your real ERP figures, out loud, while you drive. See your first question for more to try.
- Recap the visit you just left. Tell her about it in your own words — something like "tive uma reunião com a Alta P, correu bem, vão avançar com a proposta" — and she logs it as a dated note on the right deal or company, so it's on record before you reach the next stop.
- Ask for a report on the way back. Tell her to send this week's sales report to your WhatsApp instead of something you have to remember to pull up later. Your WhatsApp number needs to be on your profile for this — a one-time step in your own settings, not something an admin has to do for you.
Next: text her too
