Scheduling recurring work
Ask emily to set up a recurring daily or weekly run that delivers a report update or a custom request to WhatsApp or email.
Ask for it, in conversation
Tell emily you want something to repeat, and how often — daily or weekly — and she sets it up from there. "todos os dias de manhã, manda-me as vendas de ontem" sets up a daily run; "toda a sexta-feira, o relatório de dívidas vencidas" sets up a weekly one.
What it can deliver
What repeats can be a report update, or a custom request in your own words — anything you'd otherwise have to ask for individually, each time. Either way, it's delivered to WhatsApp or email, whichever you ask for.
Not the same as scheduling a report from the Reports section
If it's one of the three built-in report types, you can also set up a recurring schedule for it from the Reports section of the app itself — see scheduling reports and Run now. This page is about setting one up by asking emily directly, in conversation, for a recurring run of a report update or a custom request.
Not a task, and not a reminder
This is different from a task — your own to-do, with a due date and priority, sitting on a list until you mark it done. See tasks for that. It's also different from a one-off reminder at a specific time — see one-off reminders for that, and for how a one-time delayed run compares to a recurring one.
Next: one-time delays and reminders
See one-off reminders for setting something up to run once, after a delay, instead of on a repeating schedule.
